I always wanted an island in my kitchen, but don't have room. I got this and use it for the kitchen table, and an island. It very confortably seats 4-6. It is great for small spaces because you can fold down the leaves when you don't need them, and it is very compact. Perfect height for food prep too. Just be sure not to get stools that aren't too deep if you are in a tight space, cause they don't really tuck underneath. Assembly was a bit of a pain, but worth it.

Because of the use and location of this item in our kitchen, I did not want to pay $800-$1000 for a similar item. I was estatic to find this table, quality, design and functionality at such a low, low price.

Astonishingly the cart was an exact match in both color and height with existing kitchen island which it is sited next to. I'm pleased I found this product
